Help Your Neighbors: Update Your Association's Dues

DuesData is built by owners like you. If you get a budget or a dues statement from your association, you already have everything we need. It takes about 3 minutes, and your name is never shown.

  1. Step 1 Send Your Numbers Your monthly dues and what they include. Attach your budget or statement if you have it.
  2. Step 2 We Double-Check It Every figure is matched against a second source, like county records or Sunbiz, before it goes up.
  3. Step 3 Your Community Is On the Map Owners and buyers see the real dues, with the source and date right next to them.

Update Your Association's Info

Only association numbers are published. Never names, unit numbers, or balances.

Look Up an Association

We are starting in the Destin area and adding more communities as owners send in their numbers.

Later: Niceville, Pensacola, Panama City Beach, and 30A.

What Your Dues Cover

Two associations can both charge $600 a month. One may include insurance, water, and cable. The other may cover only the pool and the grounds. So every association page shows a simple checklist of what the dues pay for, and we only compare associations at the same level.

"Not yet confirmed" means we have not seen the association's budget yet. The level can change once we do, and the page will show the date it changed.
