Free Tools for Owners, Buyers, and Boards.

Four quick tools built on the same idea as the rest of DuesData: put the numbers in the open, with the Florida rule behind them, so you can ask better questions at the next meeting.

The Tools

How the Free Tools Work

1. Answer a Few Questions

Each tool asks only for numbers you can find in a budget, a reserve study, a dues statement, or meeting minutes. Nothing is uploaded and nothing runs on a server: the math happens in your browser.

2. See Your Top-Line Result Instantly

Your headline result appears on screen right away, free, with no form standing in front of it. For the Health Check, that is an overall status plus a flag for each category.

3. Enter an Email for the Full Written Report

The detailed explanations, the rule behind each flag, and a checklist of what to ask your board or manager are in the full report. Enter your email on the tool page to unlock the details on screen and have the report sent to you.

Your Email Stays Yours

Your email is used only to send your report and, if you leave the box checked, optional DuesData updates for the Panhandle, such as new association pages and the fall dues update. It is never sold, and it is never shared with an association, a manager, or a marketer.

DuesData tools are a preliminary screening based on the information you enter and plain-language summaries of Florida law as of October 2026. They are not legal advice, an audit, or a compliance certification. Confirm results against your association's official records and consult its manager, CPA, or attorney before acting. Full terms: Disclaimers.

Where this data comes from: most data on DuesData is public information compiled from Florida DBPR records, Sunbiz, county property records, and public real estate listings. The rest is provided voluntarily by owners, board members, and managers. Every figure shows its source and date.
